Elizabeth Congdon

Director, Moka Wildlife Center

Dr. Elizabeth Congdon joined BBPP in 2009. Her research prior to this has concentrated on the behavior ecology of neo-tropical mammals, including primates, primarily in Venezuela. Her dissertation work focused on the natal dispersal of capybaras (the world's largest rodent) and the impact of harvest on this species. As Director of the MWC, she coordinates all activities there as well as conducting her own research on the local wildlife.
